Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 123/PMK.010/2022 on Second Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 39/PMK.010/2022 on the Stipulation of Exported Goods That Are Subject to Export Duty and Export-Duty Tariffs

- In essence, the overall reference prices that should now be utilized during determinations of export-duty tariffs for Products that take the form of palm oil, crude palm oil (“CPO”) and their derivative products have now been revised, as detailed under Section C of the Appendix to the Second Amendment. Currently, 17 applicable reference prices have been set for said Products under the framework of the Second Amendment, ranging from USD 680 per ton to over USD 1,430 per ton.
- It should also be noted that any export prices for palm oil, CPO and their derivative products that were determined prior to 8 August 2022 will remain applicable.
