Circular of the Minister of Manpower No. M/4/HK.04/IX/2022 on Services for the Validation of Foreign Worker Recruitment Plans for the Acceleration of a National Economic Recovery

Affirms that employers of foreign workers must secure of Foreign Worker Recruitment Plans (Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing – “RPTKA”) which must be validated by the Minister or appointed officials. Applications for RPTKA validations should be submitted in line with Regulation of the Government No. 34 of 2021 on the Recruitment of Foreign Workers (“Regulation 34/2021”) and Regulation of the Minister No. 8 of 2021 on the Implementing Regulation to Regulation 34/2021.
