Circular of the Minister of Communication and Informatics No. 3 of 2022 on the Effective Date for the Registration of Private Electronic Systems Providers
Enforcement Date: 14 June 2022
- Domestic and foreign providers of private electronic systems (penyelenggara sistem elektronik – “PSE”) through the private sector (“Private PSE”) must register with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (“Ministry”) through the OSS Risk-Based Approach (“OSS-RBA”) website by no later than 20 July 2022.
- Private PSE must re-register themselves with the Ministry if they secured PSE Registration Certificates prior to Regulation 5/2020 coming into force.
- Any Private PSE that fail to comply with the registration obligation by 20 July 2022 will have their access blocked.
