When the national economy contracted in 2020 to Q1/2021, the health services sector continued to record growth and peaked in Q4/2020. The Statistics Indonesia (BPS) recorded that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by business field of Health services and social activities grew by 10.46% (y-o-y) in 2021. The high demand for health services whose growth is faster when compared to available facilities requires businesses in these services to provide services as quickly as possible. As a solution to this problem, technological transformation and digitalization have a very important role. However, there are several challenges in developing an integrated and technology-oriented digital transformation of healthcare services.
