  • Any animals that are considered vulnerable to foot-and-mouth disease [penyakit mulut dan kuku – “PMK”] (“Vulnerable Animals”) may be subject to periodic PMK virus detection measures in accordance with their levels of infection risk and in line with the following provisions: 1) Vulnerable Animals in regencies/cities that fall into the green-zone category may be subject to PMK virus detection measures that involve Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (“RTPCR”) and ELISA nonstructural protein antibodies (“ELISA-NSP”)testing; or 2) Vulnerable Animals in regencies/cities that fall into the yellow-zone or red-zone categories may be subject to PMK virus detection measures that involve rapid antigen tests, RT-PCR and ELISA-NSP testing.
