Bringing up the topic “Financial Digitalization to Promote Business Growth in Indonesia’s SMEs”, KADIN Indonesia along with FAZZ Financial Group successfully held a virtual business dialogue on Thursday, 24 March 2022 with more than 120 steady participants. This session began with the opening remarks from Pandu Sjahrir (Head of Digital Finance Development Agency, KADIN Indonesia), Filianingsih Hendarta (Assistant Governor-Head of Payment System Policy Departement, Bank Indonesia), and Bambang W. Budiawan (Head of IKNB 2B Supervision Department, OJK). Followed by panel discussion from Dina Artarini (Head of Payment System Department, AFTECH), Hendra Kwik (CEO Fazz Financial Group), Hendoko (CEO Modal Rakyat), and Bambang Suwarso (Permanent Committee, KADIN Indonesia) as a moderator.
This session discussed business transformation into financial digitalization to improve their adaptability, promote business growth, and foster toward Asia’s largest digital economy market. The discussion brings together top-tier technical experts and previous businesses that have successfully transformed to share best practices and pitfalls to avoid as a guide to seamless transitions.
